TCR offers GSE rental services, GSE infrastructure and maintenance, and fleet services. It operates at more than 200 airports worldwide and manages a fleet of motorized and non-motorized equipment of more than 35 000 units. TCR operates also in Stockholm Arlanda Airport and is now looking for a Workshop Supervisor to take responsibility for daily workflows at the workshop and lead a group of 10 experienced and committed mechanics. Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for the daily safe and efficient operation of the workshop. Your responsibility is to plan maintenance schedules, distribute work orders and act as a supervisor for mechanics and ensure that safety practices are followed. As a foreman, you manage a dedicated team of mechanics and technicians to ensure quality and timely service for our customers. You are also an active member of the team doing maintenance and repair work yourself.

Work experience, competences, and achievements expected

The ideal candidate has experience in successfully being responsible for fulfilling customer expectations in a workshop or maintenance environment. You have technical experience and skills. Preferably you have experience and skills in leading a team, at least you are willing to develop as a manager and people leader.

Other specific requirements

The person we're looking for has technical vocational qualification and is:

  • fluent in Swedish language

  • fluent in English language

  • has a valid driver's license

  • experience within mechanics and heavy machinery

  • experience as a supervisor

Further qualifications expected:

  • A security clearance by the security police is a prerequisite for working in the airport area

  • Studies in hydraulics and electrical engineering are considered an advantage. A long-term hobby related to the described areas of responsibility is also considered an advantage.
