🏆 The Opportunity
Join our team as a Management Accountant, applying your financial expertise to support our business growth and ensure financial integrity. You'll enhance our financial processes and reporting to drive sustainable success at TCR.

🎬 Key Responsibilities
Month-End Process & Reporting
• Assist with prepayments, accruals, journal postings, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile balance sheets and manage inter-company recharges.

Financial Compliance & Reporting
• Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and produce VAT returns.
• Support the audit process and address corporation tax queries.
• Complete mandatory surveys like ONS reports.

Budgeting & Forecasting
• Contribute to annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial reporting.

Ad-hoc & Analytical Support
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, resolve balance sheet queries, and update overhead expense reports.
• Post petty cash and credit card transactions.

🕵 What We Are Looking For
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• SAP experience is essential.

Experience & Qualifications
• Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA, with at least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple business units.

Behavioural Capabilities
• Proactive, organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing needs.
