TCR has recently undergone significant growth, making this an exciting time for our company! This presents a unique opportunity for you to directly report to the Finance Director ANZ and contribute to our growth trajectory.

We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of Finance Accounting, ready to take the next step in their career.

Your Mission

Undertake a trusted advisory position and business partner with the ANZ team, this role will provide financial and commercial analysis to support strategic outcomes. Key areas of focus include:

  • Financial Management – support financial accounting team with month-end close and assist with various monthly financial tasks.

  • Monthly Management Reporting – providing insightful reporting and commentary to support decision making.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling and variance analysis.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes working with key stakeholders to meet deadlines.

  • Implement controls for financial accuracy, compliance; and support internal and external audits.

  • Enhance finance processes through continuous improvement projects.

  • Support the Finance Director with Special Projects and various tasks.

  • Collaborating with our global SAP implementation project

Position Requirements:

  • Residing in Australia is a requirement.

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal with ability to collaborate across divisions and organisational levels.

  • Highly detailed with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Inquisitive with a focus on process improvement and financial excellence.

  • Energetic, self-starting go-getter with a reliable and resilient attitude.

  • CA/CPA Qualified or relevant professional qualification

  • Experienced in BI analytical tools, SAP/ERP systems and Advanced Excel

  • Financial Modelling skills 

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, standards and processes

  • Ability to comprehend complex businesses and identify cost/revenue drivers (experience in Supply/Chain/Manufacturing/Retail is advantageous).
